BOOKINGS:
To secure you're wedding date with CIRCLES BRIDAL a £70.00 deposit fee will be required to secure you're booking date and will be deducted from your final wedding day balance. Payable by bank transfer or PayPal. If you should wish to cancel your booking with CIRCLES BRIDAL, please read the 'CANCELATION POLICY' for more info.
If you have not paid your £70.00 deposit fee to reserve you're wedding date with CIRCLES BRIDAL, that date becomes available to the next client.
A minimum spend of £400.00 on Saturday Weddings is required when booking with CIRCLES BRIDAL including Bride only bookings.
If for any reason I have to cancel a Bridal Trial booking, we can rearrange a date to suit you and will alter the appointment date/time.
Wedding Invoice over £200.00 for Wedding date must be paid in full up to 3 days in advance of Wedding Date .
Wedding Invoice over £500.00 must be paid in full 10 days in advance of Wedding Date.
If not, unfortunately we cannot continue with the booking of the Wedding date,
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancelling services anytime between the booking date and 6 months prior to your wedding incurs no further charges, although any deposits paid will be retained.
If you change your Wedding date and CIRCLES BRIDAL is unavailable on your New proposed date, any deposits paid for the postponed date will be retained.
In the unfortunate event that an artist/stylist of CIRCLES BRIDAL is unable to perform services on the trial date or wedding date, for any reason, including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to and including a full refund of £70.00 deposit for services not provided. Every effort will be made to replace the artist at short notice where possible but this can not be guaranteed and is subject to a replacement artists availability.
TRAVEL CHARGES:
A fee will be charged for locations outside of Edinburgh at 55p per mile
City Centre locations may incur parking charges and will be advised in advance.
LIABILITY:
If CIRCLES BRIDAL recommends someone from another supplier or an assistant for your event, the responsibility of that service is now with both yourself and the recommended supplier.
CIRCLES BRIDAL cannot be held liable.
All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application.
Any skin conditions or allergies should be reported by the client to CIRCLES BRIDAL prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release CIRCLES BRIDAL, from liability for allergic reactions.
Circles Bridal will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise while on location.
WEDDING TRIAL:
Hair and Make-Up trials are carried out at the artist/stylist home studio
Trials are payable to your artist on the day prior to your appointment and are non refundable.
SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
A set up table/work area needs to be made available for CIRCLES BRIDAL and any members of the CIRCLE BRIDAL TRIBE.
Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by CIRCLES BRIDAL Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly.
A high chair or bar stool is requested but not necessary.
Please let CIRCLES BRIDAL know if a chair cannot be provided.
Remember to wear a button down shirt or dressing gown so you don’t mess up your style while getting dressed.
Please wash hair at least one day beforehand.
Special Occasion Makeup & Hair Bookings
A deposit of £30.00 per person is required to secure your appointment and is redeemable against your final balance , deposits are non refundable - The final balance is due on or before your appointment .- Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment is chargeable in full.
